Upon arriving at an event location where you are showing or exhibiting;

Go to the show office to pick up your exhibitors packet. This will include the exhibitor number to be worn in the classes that you are entered in. Find the location of your horse's stall. Investigate the condition of the stall (both in and out), checking for any protrusions of nails/screws/staples from the stalls previous use. Have tools with you for removing such things. Check the latch to make sure it will latch securely. Any problems with the stall should be reported to the show management.
Bedding may be provided or you provide your own. Bring a bucket for watering your horse, and hay/feed for the time you will be there.
